METAL WORKIN MACHINES

CNC stands for Computer Numerical Controlled and is used to automate the machines tools for the production of components or products. The CNC machining involves end to end design of the component with CAD CAM systems. The CAD/CAM systems create commands which can automatically operate the CNC machines.

Centrifugal Pumps (API 610)

A centrifugal pump is one of the simplest pieces of equipment.  Its purpose is to convert energy of an electric motor or engine into velocity or kinetic energy and then into pressure of a fluid that is being pumped.  The energy changes occur into two main parts of the pump, the impeller and the volute. The impeller is the rotating part that converts driver energy into the kinetic energy.  The volute is the stationary part that converts the kinetic energy into pressure.

Positive Displacement Pumps (API 675, 676)

The most obvious reason to use a PD pump is when you have a high viscosity application. It is common knowledge that a centrifugal becomes very inefficient at even modest viscosity. In fact PD pumps are very commonly used on thin liquids like ammonia and solvents.  Another reason to use a PD pump would be if the application has variable pressure conditions. A PD pump will give near constant flow that makes it possible to match the flow to the process requirements.

Oil Treatment System Equipment

  1. Oil/Gas Field Surface Test and Metering Equipment Skid

Oil/gas filed surface test and metering facility system is mainly used to measure yield, wellhead pressure, and physical property during temporary flow of production in the test process of flowing well in the initial stage of oil/gas field exploratory development so as to analyze oil reservoir.

  1. Test Separator Skid

The test separator skid consists of test separator, control valves and relevant pressure/temperature/liquid level measurement instrument and data acquisition system. It is applied to separate oil/gas well production fluid into oil, gas and water and then to measure them.

  1. Heat Exchanger

For the floating head heat exchanger, one end of the pipe plate of pipe bundle float freely, which completely removes heat stress. The complete pipe bundle can be drawn from the shell, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. All types of floating head heat exchanger can be provided according to the customer’s requirements.

  1.  Electric Desalting and Dewatering Equipment

The horizontal electrode plates are designed in the AC electric dehydrating and desalting equipment to form AV high voltage electric field. According to the size and treatment capacity of the vessel, the electric grid with different number of layers can be designed There are several forms to electrify and ground the electric grid.

Gas Treatment System Equipment

  1. Natural Gas Separation and Purification Equipment

Liquid and solid impurities existing in the transfer process of natural gas can increase the flow resistance and friction, shorten the service life of equipment, valves and instruments, pollute environment and harm human health. It is necessary to furnish gas/solid and/or gas/liquid separation equipment to remove the solid impurities and liquid drop before the natural gas is supplied to the customer. The natural gas separation and purification product can be widely applied to natural gas gathering/transfer pipeline, natural gas gathering station, compressor station, pigging station, distribution station, final station and all the related fields.

  1. High Efficient Cyclone Separator

The high efficient cyclone separator can separate liquid drop or solid particle from gas/liquid/solid mixture by using the centrifugal force due to rotating gas. Without any rotation part, the cyclone separator can work in harsh conditions. The equipment is low-cost, efficient and reliable. Single cyclone separator and multi-cyclone separator are available.

  1. Natural Gas Filter/Filter Separator

Natural gas filter/filter separator separates fine liquid drop and solid particles from gas by using filter element, with high accuracy. The equipment is widely used in natural gas processing and gathering stations. The separator can be applied to remove dust and /or liquid of natural gas before regulation station and distribution station and to remove contaminant of compressor station inlet pipeline to avoid damage to compressor and abrasion of valve and cylinder.

  1. TEG (Dehydration Unit)

The unit adopts TEG compound dissolvent to realize dehydration of natural gas. Rich TEG flows out from the bottom of the absorber, running through pump for depressurising. After providing motive power to the pump, rich TEG comes into heat exchanger for heating and then into flash tank for separation of dissolved natural gas.

  1. Compressor Unit

The compressor unit is used to compress gas for the increase of gas pressure or for gas transportation.
